We chose this location for my husband's Universal packed birthday trip for a party of 4 adults. The location is perfectly located between Epic Universe and the other Universal parks. Uber ranged $8 to either. Beautiful view of the lake and it's surroundings. The suite was clean and stocked. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I particularly loved the refrigerator magnet showing were some essential items were located. This was the perfect choice for our trip.

Our party of 3 went to Epic Universe and Island of Adventure. Kyle’s place accommodated our stay beautifully! We were less than 10 mins away from both parks and not too far away from Disney Springs either. The place was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. This is a great place and I’d love to stay again!

Had a great visit here. The place was very clean and Kyle was great with communication as a host. This was our first time staying in an air b&b instead of a hotel. We had a great experience. The views from the balcony were excellent. It was a great location to stay at for visiting universal parks. We were able to drive to both universal epic and volcano bay in less than 15 minutes. We would highly recommend here and would stay again!

Kyle was an amazing host, and his place was so beautiful and clean! There were a lot of restaurants and shops either within walking distance or a short drive, and there was a nice view of the lake and the I-Drive strip from the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with Kyle again.

The suite was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the 9th floor was beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore in Orlando. Parking was easy, and the building felt safe and welcoming. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how well-maintained everything was. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay! Your immediate replies to emails and immediate return phone calls were greatly appreciated. Other particularly noteworthy accommodations: Security in and around the property - we felt safe! Very spacious deck and outside entertaining area! Centrally located - all of our activities and dinning were within a 10-15 minute drive. Jimmy

This was the perfect stay for our family of four on a visit to Universal (~10 min drive away). The patio was private with a vast view, and the space was cozy while being spacious enough to spread out after a long day of theme park exploring. Hot tub and pool were also a nice touch. Really great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this location and Kyle’s place. It was beautifully renovated and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the quality of everything from the cookware to the towels, etc. it was so close to everything in Orlando and great for a family stay!

Wow, we really maxed our luck with this. Beautiful apartment with many little welcome extras, two bedrooms and living area absolutely faultless. The piece de resistance was the massive balcony with more furniture than I can count, with a massive sun shade on the outdoor table... We loved it and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay was fantastic! Our host Kyle was responsive, gave clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Great location, great amenities and a great host! I would definitely recommend staying here!
