🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 2 guests for overnight stays. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Where do I start? The stay was so amazing so comfortable and the extra mile Kyle went to include some birthday, complementary items for me. After being told I was there to celebrate my birthday just made me smile. I felt so thought of and so welcomed. He was easy to communicate with and also checked in with me to see if I arrived safe, checked in with me to see if I need any thing during my state to make it better. The whole experience was great. The place was great. It was clean and good restaurants to eat nearby.

The location of the Airbnb was very nice and so much to do around. Very clean and Kyle was a great host and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Orlando.

I’m so overjoyed that we were able to book Kyle’s place for my partner and I’s weekend getaway. We were in dire need of some relaxation and Kyle’s place made everything so easy. It is close to so many restaurants where we got to dine in and feel present with each other again. It is perfectly nestled by so much to do too! There is mini golf and multiple arcades that my partner and I indulged in and we had an absolute blast. Then we would come back to Kyle’s place and relax on the balcony together. I am so extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to stay at Kyle’s place and it helped make us feel alive again! Thank you Kyle! We will be back soon!

we really enjoyed our stay at Kyle's place! It is very close to all major amusement parks if you are visiting for this specific reason, and also very centric location overall with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment was also very clean and well organized which we really appreciate. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back in the future!

This is an amazing place to stay if you have the budget for it the balcony views are perfect. The place is local to a variety of things i the vicinity, if u want a nice place to stay and also never be hungry or bored at the same time this is the pot for you .
