🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Please add your unit number to the address. Pickup is available from 10am – 4pm Thursday – Tuesday (Closed Wednesdays) from the mail desk on property. Pickup hours are subject to change.

-Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent damage caused by wind. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the condo. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 4 guests for overnight stays. Message to request event pricing. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely refurbished in 2025 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Kyle is a great host, he was great at communicating in a quick manner and the place was very clean. I was celebrating my birthday and he had set out some balloons which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend any of Kyle’s listings.

Kyle’s place is centrally located to all the themed parks, restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around super easy. The condo is perfect for a family of four and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi connection worked great, the linens were clean, and the floors were spotless. Kyle was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Kyle’s place was amazing!!! The rooms with terrace view was absolutely stunning. Communication was efficient. Check in process was easy. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine for the weekend. I will definitely be booking again!

I was truly “WOWed” upon entering the unit. Everything was perfect. I can’t say enough…from the cleanliness, to the decor, the stock of supplies available, the quality of the linens, the comfort of the beds. but that terrace wthe view and the plethora of clean/updated outdoor furniture was awesome! I’m going to miss my coffee in the Adirondack chair with the sun coming up every morning, shining on my face 😎 Although I’m not a red wine drinker, there was a beautiful bottle waiting there for us and the teens represented by sporting the complimentary shades all around Orlando! Those were thoughtful touches. Kyle is definitely the host with the most. He was very responsive from the time I booked until the time we left, just truly top-notch. I needto mention, a few things about the property itself: pleasant smell, newer hall carpet, trash, vending, laundry, and pool areas were all clean and functioning. Bonus…Kyle had a jar of laundry pods under sink and no coins needed. I’ll be back!

Great location and wonderfully updated condo!! Was perfect for a relaxing evening after long park days. Loved the rooftop balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks! We could even see Disney fireworks while we relaxed on the balcony. Host was wonderful - even had a nice bottle of wine there to welcome us. Would stay again!

Our stay at Kyle's place was great. The unit was as advertised. The location was right off of International Drive and all of the restaurants and entertainment you could desire. The best part was the terrace. I wish we were sitting on it right now enjoying the view. We would definitely stay again!
