🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Please add your unit number to the address. Pickup is available from 10am – 4pm Thursday – Tuesday (Closed Wednesdays) from the mail desk on property. Pickup hours are subject to change.

-Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent damage caused by wind. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the condo. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 5 guests for overnight stays. Message to request event pricing. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. We loved our stay at Kyle’s place! We visited for a girls trip, so we enjoyed the condo, terrace and pool. Kyle was amazing with communication and helped us with an odd request (turning down the music at the pool). We had a great time and would definitely try to stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay near Universal was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, bright, and perfectly located — just a few minutes from the parks and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The terrace was the real highlight — spacious, peaceful, and with a lovely view that made mornings with coffee and evenings with wine extra special. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, sunglasses, and even laminated cards listing nearby restaurant recommendations — such a considerate and classy touch! While the common areas of the building could use a little updating, that was barely noticeable because the unit itself was so comfortable and well cared for. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing stay near Universal with an exceptional host, this is the place to book. We’d happily stay again!
