~Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. ~Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" ~Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. ~Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. ~Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. ~Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. ~Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Please add your unit number to the address. Pickup is available from 10am – 4pm Thursday – Tuesday (Closed Wednesdays) from the mail desk on property. Pickup hours are subject to change.

Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 2 guests for overnight stays. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the patio.

Noodle, Divina Carne, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Twistee Treat, Pizza Xtreme & Cici’s Pizza.

Kyle foi incrível!! Adoramos a acomodação e nos sentimos em casa. As fotos correspondem fielmente com os itens da casa, roupas de cama impecáveis. O anfitrião deixou um mimo para nós (garrafa de vinho, óculos e água) e um balão com recado para minha sobrinha que estava fazendo aniversário 🎂 As comodidades do condomínio funciona muito bem, piscina, hidromassagem, academia, sala de lixo e máquina de gelo. Estacionamento é grátis e rotativo, você pode estacionar onde tiver vaga disponível. Ao lado da Internacional Drive e muito próximo a Universal e EPIC. Com toda certeza eu voltaria e eu voltar no próximo ano com minha família. Anfitrião enviou mensagem durante a hospedagem para saber se estava tudo bem. Obrigado pela hospedagem Kyle

A palavra que define minha estadia é “perfeito” Perfeito pra quem vai para os parques da Universal. Estacionamento amplo na frente do prédio muito bom. Camas confortáveis e Wi-Fi muito bom. Perto do Walmart Perto do Outlet A entrada do prédio é muito fácil… Com certeza voltarei.
