🛏️Sleeping for 4 (5th on sofa bed): Two private bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed along with a Roku TV, closet, and dresser in both. A queen sofa bed is available in the living area. 🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for streaming. 💻Remote Work: Dedicated desk area in both bedrooms to work remotely. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo suitable for video calling. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Terrace: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private oversized terrace. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was renovated in 2023, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: Checkout is 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 12:00 PM Noon may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. There is a $5 pickup fee per package paid to the mail desk. Pickup is available from 10am – 4pm Thursday – Tuesday (Closed Wednesdays) from the mail desk on property. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 5 guests for overnight stays. Message to request event pricing. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the terrace! It was a great place to relax in the evening. Also location was great for a visit to Universal area. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only small criticism is the hallways leading to the rental are a bit dingy. But that was forgotten when you enter the room.

My wife, two boys and I have just stayed at Kyle's place "TerraceOn8 Key Lime" in Orlando. We loved the apartment, which was spacious, clean, and modern. There is free parking at the site, and most of the attractions on I-Drive are within walking distance from the apartment. The place is well-equipped and has a large terrace with a beautiful view. This is the perfect place if you want to book a vacation home, but at the same time stay within walking distance of I-Drive.

Just back from 5 nights at the 8th Floor Keylime Suite at The Enclave Suites - 3 adults and 1 teenager. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to I-Drive and around 5 mins by taxi to the Universal Parks. This 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment has everything you need for a great time in Orlando. It has a fully fitted kitchen/ dinner with Queen Size sofa bed Including Induction Hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster/oven, ironing board, iron and hairdryers. There are also washer dryers on-site to use and ample free parking for guests. We used the two pools and hot tubs - again ample sun loungers/ seating and kept spotlessly clean. This apartment is beautifully appointed with stylish furniture and fittings and high end appliances etc plus Crockery, cutlery and lovely toiletries in both bathrooms and basic supplies in the kitchen to get you started. The highlight is the massive wrap around terrace with uninterrupted views across the lake to Universal’s Surf & Dockside hotels plus views of the 3 Universal Parks. The terrace has lots of outside furniture including dining table & chairs, sun loungers, benches and small tables. A great place to start the day and lovely at night when everything it lit up. Our host Kyle was exceptional! Chatting online before booking, in the lead-up to arriving and also whilst on-site.
