🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2023 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Really well done! They’ve managed to fit everything you might need into a compact but very comfortable space. Self check in was simple with clear instructions, and I always appreciate a keypad instead of worrying about actual keys. Loved the USB ports on outlets in the living room and bedrooms, plenty of kitchen and dishware, lots of pool & bath towels, short drive or Uber to parks and convention center. Kyle was very quick to respond to questions and the huge balcony/deck area was fantastic for morning coffee and evening cocktails. 10/10⭐️

Wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the terrace! It was a great place to relax in the evening. Also location was great for a visit to Universal area. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only small criticism is the hallways leading to the rental are a bit dingy. But that was forgotten when you enter the room.

Terrace on 8 Key Lime was perfect for our family’s needs. Convenient to the Convention Center and Universal parks. We were able to walk to several nearby restaurants. The real plus is all the nice touches Kyle has put in the apartment. Wall outlets that have USB ports, nice towels and decent toilet paper! Beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the view from the patio were we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We would stay there again
