Late Check-out - We offer the following options to make your last day easier, message Kyle to request: 12PM - $50 Later - Inquire for availability & pricing Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage hold services after you check-out. Early Check-in - We are happy to let you know if the suite is ready early but cannot guarantee early check-in. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. No Pets - While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. We recommend booking a more child friendly property if traveling with infant(s)/child(ren) under 5. We ask that you treat our home with respect and abide by Airbnb rules. Thank you

-Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent damage caused by wind. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the suite. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the suite and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 2 guests for overnight stays. -This is a non-smoking property.

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site paid laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our suites(Tangerine) in the complex.

A great place to relax! Close to the pool, with a private vibe. Loved the balcony for breakfast and to and the night with the cool breeze. Kyle was great and so flexible to make our stay perfect and thanks for the wine!!

It was an amazing stay with a great view with many things to do around. Would definitely stay at this location again and the host was very responsive and helpful!
