🛏️Sleeping for 5: Two private bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed along with a Roku TV, closet, and dresser in both. A queen sofa bed is available in the living area. 🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for streaming and working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Terrace: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private oversized terrace. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. -Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent damage caused by wind. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the condo. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 5 guests for overnight stays. Message to request event pricing. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay – Would 100% Book Again! This condo was seriously perfect for our trip! Super close to Universal, which made everything so easy. The beds were really comfy, and the rain shower head was such a nice touch, we loved it. Kyle was awesome and stayed in touch the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Our favorite part was hanging out on the patio in the evenings, such a great way to relax after busy days. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend Terraceon8 Tangerine!

Family of four enjoyed our stay very much. We were on a Universal/Disney trip and the location was perfect without being right in middle of it, and a much better price. Apartment was great and the terrace was a highlight. We enjoyed the morning coffee - our son particularly loved sitting out there in the morning and seeing the rollercoasters in the distance over the lake. There are also some great places to eat within walking distance as well. Host was on top of everything and put some nice touches in place for our daughter's birthday - not necessary but very much appreciated. Highly recommend both the accommodation and host.

This was a great space, perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace, giving us more room and with a chance to be in the sun, or in the shade under an umbrella. The condo is well equipped with quality linens, a great coffee maker, and nice Crate and Barrel dishes! Very clean, too. The pool was lovely, and never crowded. Kyle was a great communicator as well.
