**This is a self-service condo in a hotel-like resort environment. We provide initial essentials like plush towels, crisp linens, toilet paper, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee k-cups, tea bags, cream & sugar and a few fun surprises. **Being a self-service property, housekeeping is not included and provided items are not replenished during your stay. ~Late Check-out - We offer the following options to make your last day easier, message Kyle to request availability: 12PM - $50 Later - Inquire for availability & pricing, booking an additional night may provide the most flexibility and value. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage hold services after you check-out. ~Early Check-in – The suite is typically not ready before 4pm check-in. If you require access before 4pm check-in we recommend booking the night before so you have access as soon as you arrive. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage hold services before your suite is ready. ~Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail cannot be delivered to this property. We recommend shipping to a nearby drop point like an Amazon locker or storefront like UPS or FedEx. Third-party app deliveries like Doordash, Instacart & UberEats with a personal driver can be delivered, please inform the driver of your building and unit number. ~Events - Looking to have a party/event or impress clients on the terrace? Please inquire as this home is available for limited event or hospitality suite bookings. ~No Pets - While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. ~We recommend booking a more child friendly property if traveling with infant(s)/child(ren) under 5. -Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent damage caused by wind. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the suite. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the suite and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 5 guests for overnight stays. Message to request event pricing. -This is a non-smoking property, including the terrace.

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2023 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Overall the location was amazing , lots of good restaurants close by and within a few miles of Universal. The best part was the patio that was very spacious and had a great view of the city

We had a really great stay at Kyle’s place. It’s about a 10 minute drive from all the fun things at Universal. The condo is easy to find and quiet. We had a private patio which overlooked Sandy Lake. I appreciated the tranquility after our fun filled days. Our stay was in December so we did not utilize the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Restaurants in walking distance. There is also a Whole Foods about a 6 minute drive away. The condo when you walk in opens up to the kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors that offer a lot of natural light. Bedrooms with attached baths on either side of living space, also a huge plus. Kyle made sure we had all that we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Kyle is a terrific host! Communicative, yet easy going. Accommodating and flexible. The condo is PERFECT. Everything you need and want is here. Location is ideal for the area. My favorite feature... the roof top deck! Smashing!

The Terrace on 8- Tangerine was exactly what we were looking for. Namely a comfortable bed. This is a regular mattress with a very thick foam topper which was what I wanted (and hard to come by in other condos/hotels). It’s incredibly clean, has so many little conveniences, like plastic baggies, laundry soap, hairdryers in each bathroom, high quality dishes and appliances, etc. Even a bottle of wine when we checked in! Also extremely clear and helpful instructions on where things are. Kyle definitely seems to have an eye for attention to detail and it really shows. The terrace was super fun to hang out on, and access to the building was simple. We didn’t explore the rest of property at all so I can’t comment on the property amenities. It’s super convenient to Universal - a short cheap Uber ride away. Kyle was also quick with communications which was much appreciated! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Kyle's place was exactly as described. Perfect amount of space. All the amenities one would need for a short stay... and you cant beat the outdoor spaces with such amazing views!
