Great location, near pharmacies, supermarkets, parks/amenities, shopping and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen, clean and nicely maintained. Host is very friendly and replies fast. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice bathroom, convenient kitchen (stove, dishwasher, small fridge, coffee pot, ect.), bed was comfortable so were the pillows. Had a nice little tv area. Was close to everything . Could have used more wash cloths but literally that was the only inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, easy to find, and perfectly located for visiting the Universal parks. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home, with useful extras provided such as laundry supplies and dishwasher tablets, which were greatly appreciated. I was welcomed with balloons, a birthday card, and a bottle of wine for my 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel very special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole apartment was well equipped and relaxing. Unfortunately, I became unwell during my trip to Orlando and ended up spending much more time at the apartment than I had originally planned. Thankfully, it turned out to be the perfect place to recover, as it was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention provided. I will definitely be adding this property to my favourites and would not hesitate to book again on a future trip to Orlando.

Hosts were fantastic!! Very helpful, fast replies, went above and beyond for us and we’re very appreciative. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Hairdryers were really good so you don’t need to take your own. Beds were so so comfy, pillows the perfect fluffiness. Kitchen was fully equipped and the ninja cooker was very versatile and easy to use - we cooked cookies, pizza and toast etc. Coffee machine was useful also. TV’s in every room was great, they were big and easy to log into our streaming accounts to watch our own stuff. Balcony was great and had lovely views of the sunset. We did laundry which was easy to use and cost $2.50 for a wash and a dry! Gym was adequate and good for what we needed. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Location was perfect!! Super close to universal, easy to get taxis. Lots of food options nearby, within 10 minutes walk. Felt very safe in this location too. Overall had a fantastic stay, would recommend and return. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us!!! Nothing, it was perfect.

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable dans la magnifique maison de Kyle et Don. Ce sont les meilleurs hôtes qui soient. Séjourner dans l'une de leurs propriétés, c'est comme être chez soi loin de chez soi. Extrêmement propre, accès facile aux parcs. Les restaurants sont proches du condo. Kyle et Don vous traitent comme de la famille. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, les lits sont extrêmement confortables et les accessoires sont de première qualité. Nous louons souvent chez Kyle et Don et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Nous avons hâte de revenir lors de notre prochaine visite, à très bientôt. Avec amour, Lissette et David

Great stay. Very good communication throughout our a stay. The condo was extremely close to Universal Studios and felt very safe. We caught an Uber back and forth. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. It was my birthday and they surprised me with balloons! Plus water and a bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend!

The room was spotless & fresh looking. The lightening was excellent in the apartment in the evening time and there was so much light coming through the windows during the day. Really good blackout curtains to prevent the light coming through whilst sleeping. The kitchen area was stocked up on laundry tablets, sprays and kitchen roll if needed (not many places do that) and the bathroom had a great supply of towels & there was always hot water Plenty of chairs on the balcony with access to the pool below if needed. There were so many sockets to charge devices and a great TV service. The host checked in with us during the stay and even went out of their way to leave birthday balloons and card for me on arrival. The grounds has plenty of parking and I used the washing machines and dryer on the stay, which was ideal. The lobby area and lifts were very clean. The location was so ideal and you felt very safe walking round and there was a lovely view in the evenings from the balcony. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough!! Nothing.

Séjour merveilleux ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Nous avons adoré la terrasse ! C'était un endroit idéal pour se détendre le soir. L'emplacement était également parfait pour visiter la zone d'Universal. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le seul petit reproche concerne les couloirs menant à la location, qui sont un peu sombres. Mais on oublie vite cela en entrant dans la chambre.

Tout était absolument parfait. L'endroit était exactement comme décrit et comme sur les photos. La vue était incroyable ! L'appartement était très propre et, tout au long de notre séjour, le bâtiment dans son ensemble était propre et sentait bon. J'ai vu plusieurs membres du personnel de ménage travailler dans les espaces communs et dans le bâtiment, et ils étaient également très sympathiques. L'équipe de Kylie a pris de nos nouvelles pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien, ce qui était très important. Nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour que notre séjour se sente comme à la maison. Je reviendrais ici à 100 % et je recommande vivement de séjourner dans l'une des propriétés de Kylie. Merci à toute l'équipe, nos vacances ont été formidables !
