A sofa bed is available in the living area. 🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. La propriété était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe, avec suffisamment d'espace pour que chacun puisse se détendre. Exactement ce dont nous avions besoin pour 3 adultes et un adolescent. L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de tous les parcs Universal. Location is perfect, right in the middle of all the universal parks. Parking is easy, accommodations are comfortable. Would absolutely book again.

Le condo de Kyle était parfait pour notre famille de 4 personnes venue en ville pour une grande compétition de natation. Nous avions tout ce que Kyle avait promis et même plus. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver des serviettes supplémentaires, du papier toilette, de l’essuie-tout et de la lessive ! C’était vraiment au-delà de nos attentes ! Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement et l’endroit était exactement comme sur les photos. Kyle a même pris de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour, ce qui était vraiment agréable. Nous louerions sans hésiter à nouveau chez lui. Kyle’s condo was perfect for our family of 4 in town for a large swim meet. We had everything Kyle said we would and more. We were surprised to find extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels and detergent! This was above and beyond! We enjoyed the location and the place looked exactly like the pictures. Kyle even checked in on us throughout the stay which was really nice. We would definitely rent from him again.
