This condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 3. 🛏️Sleeping for 4: Two private bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen bed, Roku TV, closet, and dresser. A sofa bed is available in the living area. 🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. 🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5. 🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. 📦Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. Quelle belle découverte que ce condo et un accueil brillant de la part de Kyle ! Super appartement avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, situé dans un emplacement fantastique avec de magnifiques espaces verts et un court de tennis. Les piscines et les jacuzzis étaient adorables et très propres. À 5 minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants et de la vie nocturne, et tout près des attractions Universal et SeaWorld. Un séjour parfait pour tout le monde 😃 What a great find this condo was and brilliant hosting by Kyle! Great apartment with everything you could need set in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds and a tennis court. Pools and hot tubs were lovely and very clean. 5 minute walk to loads of restaurants and nightlife and so close to Universal and SeaWorld attractions. A perfect stay was had by all 😃

The first morning I tried using the keurig machine, and it wasn’t working correctly. I told Kyle, and it was replaced within a few hours. Great job 👏🏻

Nous avons eu un petit souci et Kyle l'a résolu presque immédiatement. Je recommande vraiment de séjourner ici, et je le referais sans hésiter ! Kyle was super communicative from the point of booking to check out and that really stood out for us. The Airbnb is just as pics, check-in was a breeze, it’s a great area, the parks, malls and restaurants are all within a reasonable distance. We had a small issue and Kyle resolved it almost immediately. Definitely would recommend staying here, and would do so again!

Kyle’s place worked so well for my first work trip that I booked again the next week for my second work trip. It was the perfect setup for two people that wanted extra privacy and needed their own bathroom. Highly recommend!
