A sofa bed is available in the living area. 🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. Le condo était facile d'accès, propre, avec des lits confortables et du beau linge de maison. La petite cuisine était parfaite pour nous permettre de préparer nos propres repas. Le réfrigérateur trois-quarts était très pratique et la plaque de cuisson, le micro-ondes et le four grille-pain ont rendu la préparation des repas très facile. La buanderie était également facile d'accès. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré était que l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, nous ne nous en sommes rendu compte que tard dans la soirée. Nous avons envoyé un message à Kyle comme il l'avait indiqué dans ses instructions, pensant qu'il nous répondrait le lendemain matin, mais il a répondu en moins de 10 minutes. Nous avons trouvé comment réarmer le disjoncteur qui avait sauté et en moins d'une heure, nous avions de l'eau chaude. Hôte très réactif, excellent accueil. Parking gratuit et facile. Facile à trouver et accès rapide aux parcs Universal ainsi qu'à SeaWorld, et pas très loin de Disney et d'autres attractions. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Deux salles de bain, l'une avec baignoire/douche, l'autre avec douche à l'italienne. C'était parfait pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Super emplacement, nous y retournerions sans hésiter. The condo was easy to access, clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, great little kitchen to allow us to cook our own meals. The 3/4 size fridge was great and the hotplate cook top plus the microwave and the toaster oven made cooking meals a breeze. Laundry was easy to access. The only issue we had was that the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, didn't realize until late that night. We texted Kyle as he had stated in his instructions, thinking he might get back to us the next morning, but he responded in less than 10 minutes. We figured out how to fix the breaker that tripped and within an hour we had hot water. Super responsive, excellent host. Easy free parking. Easy to find and access to Universal theme parks as well as sea world and not that far from Disney and others. A/C worked fine. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, other with walk in shower. Worked great for our family of 4. Great location, would stay there again in a heardbeat.
