**This is a self-service condo in a hotel-like resort environment. We provide initial essentials like plush towels, crisp linens, toilet paper, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee k-cups, tea bags, cream & sugar and a few fun surprises. **Being a self-service condo rental, housekeeping is not included and provided items are not replenished during your stay. ~Late Check-out - We offer the following options to make your last day easier, message Kyle to request availability: 12PM - $50 Later - Inquire for availability & pricing, booking an additional night may provide the most flexibility and value. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage hold services after you check-out. ~Early Check-in – The condo is typically not ready before 4pm check-in. If you require access before 4pm check-in we recommend booking the night before so you have access as soon as you arrive. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage hold services before your condo is ready. ~Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail cannot be delivered to this property. We recommend shipping to a nearby drop point like an Amazon locker or storefront like UPS or FedEx. Third-party app deliveries like Doordash, Instacart & UberEats with a personal driver can be delivered, please inform the driver of your building and unit number. ~Security - On-site nighttime building security & front door Ring camera with view into hallway. ~No Pets - While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. ~We recommend booking a more child friendly property if traveling with infant(s)/child(ren) under 5.

Bath towels (white) are to stay in the condo and are not to be used elsewhere. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 4 guests for overnight stays. -No pets -This is a non-smoking property, including the balcony.

We are toward the North end with easy access to I-4 highway. At the corner of International Dr(I-Drive) & Carrier Dr, closest eateries include Chilis, El Burro Loco, SLAP! Noodle, Divina Carne, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Twistee Treat, Pizza Xtreme & Cici’s Pizza.

We are a privately owned/operated self-catering Condo within The Enclave property. As our guest you have access to all Enclave amenities included: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (7am - 11pm) -Workout room (7am-11pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was refurbished in 2025 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our condos in the complex.

To begin with, I felt very safe at this location there's a security code to enter and there's cameras in the hall of the building. Secondly, The unit was absolutely amazing, Kyle added personal touches such as birthday balloons and a card. That was very thoughtful! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The host was friendly and gave clear instructions what was expected as a guest. The place was very clean and complimentary, looked just like the pictures on Airbnb. Also, it was within walking distance to many of the restaurants which was cool. We really enjoyed the stay and plan to come back!
