Booking an additional night may provide the best value giving you the most flexibility on your last day. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage after you check-out. Early Check-in - Please request in advance, we will do our best to have the room ready early but cannot guarantee early check-in. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. -Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent wind damage. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the suite. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the suite and are not to be used elsewhere. -This is a non-smoking property. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. Max occupancy is 2 guests for overnight stays. -Reservation must be made by a guest at least 25 years of age

As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site paid laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our suites(Tangerine) in the complex.

Me and my wife stayed for 5 nights in this Airbnb and it was perfect!!! Everything was very clean, the view was amazing, and the host is very attentive, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend. 10/10

We had an amazing week staying here. The condo was very CLEAN!!! Beautiful spot with a large wrap around outdoor space. Kyle was promtly communicative with us throughout our stay! Very kind as well when we requested for a later check out. Thank you again for our wonderful stay, we will definately be coming back!
