Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage after you check-out. Early Check-in - Please request in advance, we will do our best to have the room ready early but cannot guarantee early check-in. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Events - Looking to have a party/event or impress clients on the terrace? Please inquire as this home is available for limited event or hospitality suite bookings. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. -Keep terrace umbrella closed when not in use to prevent wind damage. -Pool towels (blue & white stripes) may leave the suite. Bath towels (white) are to stay in the suite and are not to be used elsewhere. -This is a non-smoking property. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation may result in additional costs. As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site paid laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -On-site restaurant $ (breakfast & lunch) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2023 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review

Great value for the space and host was fantastic. Patio was fantastic and rooms were clean, bedding was nice, plenty of towels, upgrade features throughout. It was a great place to stay and we will be doing it again soon!!!

Kyle was a fantastic host. Super friendly and responsive! The apartment was so amazing too. I could stare at that view from the terrace for hours. Will definitely stay again.
