Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage after you check-out. Early Check-in - Please request in advance, we will do our best to have the room ready early but cannot guarantee early check-in. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Events - Looking to have a party/event or impress clients on the terrace? Please inquire as this home is available for limited event or hospitality suite bookings. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -On-site restaurant $ (breakfast & lunch) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2023 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our suites(Tangerine) in the complex.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this Orlando Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space was beautifully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway, including well-equipped kitchen sets and cozy bedding. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view that made our mornings and evenings truly special. We enjoyed relaxing together as we soaked in the scenery. A huge shoutout to Kyle, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family retreat in Orlando. We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cozy, clean condo very close to international drive and all of the local attractions. Kyle was very responsive and accommodating throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here for a small group.
