Early Check-in - Please request in advance, we will do our best to have the suite ready early but cannot guarantee early check-in. Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Events - Looking to have a party/event or impress clients on the terrace? Please inquire as this home is available for limited event or hospitality suite bookings. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -On-site restaurant $ (breakfast & lunch) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our suites(Tangerine) in the complex.

We spent a week at Kyle’s Terrace on Ten Aqua, and it was simply incredible! The condo was absolutely immaculate and very well-appointed! The terrace exceeded my expectations! It was huge - and had an incredible view! Although there’s lot to do in the area (including Universal just minutes away), we spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace. My husband attended a conference at the convention center, and it was very convenient to it and other restaurants. Kyle was an awesome host - very proactive in his communication and responsive when I reached out. I highly recommend this location!

I can’t say enough good things about Kyle’s listing . It was spacious , super clean , equipped with everything that you need and had an amazing view from the xl terrace . Communication from start to finish with Kyle was superb and done in a timely matter .
