Unfortunately the front desk is not able to hold luggage before your suite is ready. Deliveries/Packages - Packages & Mail are delivered to the front desk. There is a $5 handling fee per package when picking up. To avoid this fee we recommend shipping Amazon deliveries to local Amazon lockers. Events - Looking to have a party/event or impress clients on the terrace? Please inquire as this home is available for limited event or hospitality suite bookings. Holidays - We would love to host you during holidays! To let our cleaning team also enjoy theirs, we do not allow check-in/out on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. We will have a smaller team available if you need anything during on your stay on these holidays. While we love our furry friends the complex does not allow pets to stay at this property. As an Airbnb guest you have access to all Enclave amenities: -2 Outdoor pools (9am - Dusk) -2 Outdoor hot tubs (9am - Dusk) -1 Indoor pool w/hot tub (9am - 10pm) -Trash facility (2nd floor) -On-site paid laundry facility $ (3rd & 4th floors, 8am-10pm) -Ice maker (5th floor) -On-site restaurant $ (breakfast & lunch) -Elevators in building -Free parking *This condo was completely renovated in 2024 but it has been about 15 years since our common building interiors (entry, hallways) have been updated. “The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!” -Beverly, 5 Star Review from one of our suites(Tangerine) in the complex.

The communication with Kyle was amazing and greatly appreciated from the tome of booking to checking out. The building is a little older but the condo was renovated nicely, very well appointed, and the outdoor space was a big plus! The layout is great for four adults: bedrooms on separate sides with private baths then kitchen/living area in the middle. You are approximately 20-25 minutes from all major attractions and one block off International Dr which has everything you could need.

I strongly recommend Kyle as a host and this location to anyone looking for a great deal. We've had everything we needed to feel at home. The check in and out process was easy and the place was as advertised.
