We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. Hosts were fantastic!! Very helpful, fast replies, went above and beyond for us and we’re very appreciative. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Hairdryers were really good so you don’t need to take your own. Beds were so so comfy, pillows the perfect fluffiness. Kitchen was fully equipped and the ninja cooker was very versatile and easy to use - we cooked cookies, pizza and toast etc. Coffee machine was useful also. TV’s in every room was great, they were big and easy to log into our streaming accounts to watch our own stuff. Balcony was great and had lovely views of the sunset. We did laundry which was easy to use and cost $2.50 for a wash and a dry! Gym was adequate and good for what we needed. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Location was perfect!! Super close to universal, easy to get taxis. Lots of food options nearby, within 10 minutes walk. Felt very safe in this location too. Overall had a fantastic stay, would recommend and return. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us!!! Nothing, it was perfect.

Para empezar, me sentí muy seguro en este lugar: hay un código de seguridad para entrar y cámaras en el pasillo del edificio.
