There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. Was für ein großartiger Fund diese Wohnung war und eine brillante Gastgeberleistung von Kyle! Tolles Apartment mit allem, was man braucht, in einer fantastischen Lage mit wunderschöner Anlage und Tennisplatz. Die Pools und Whirlpools waren herrlich und sehr sauber. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants und dem Nachtleben und ganz in der Nähe der Universal- und SeaWorld-Attraktionen. Alle hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt 😃 What a great find this condo was and brilliant hosting by Kyle! Great apartment with everything you could need set in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds and a tennis court. Pools and hot tubs were lovely and very clean. 5 minute walk to loads of restaurants and nightlife and so close to Universal and SeaWorld attractions. A perfect stay was had by all 😃
