We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer. 📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working remotely. 🍽️Kitchen & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided. ☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony. 🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.

🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. Der 3/4 große Kühlschrank war super und das Kochfeld, die Mikrowelle und der Mini-Backofen machten das Kochen zum Kinderspiel. Die Waschmaschine war einfach zugänglich. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Warmwasser bei unserer Ankunft nicht funktionierte – das haben wir erst spät am Abend bemerkt. Wir haben Kyle, wie in seinen Anweisungen beschrieben, eine SMS geschrieben und dachten, er würde sich am nächsten Morgen melden, aber er antwortete in weniger als 10 Minuten. Wir haben dann herausgefunden, wie wir die ausgelöste Sicherung wieder einschalten, und innerhalb einer Stunde hatten wir warmes Wasser. Sehr reaktionsschnell, ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Tolle Lage, wir würden sofort wiederkommen. The condo was easy to access, clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, great little kitchen to allow us to cook our own meals. The 3/4 size fridge was great and the hotplate cook top plus the microwave and the toaster oven made cooking meals a breeze. Laundry was easy to access. The only issue we had was that the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, didn't realize until late that night. We texted Kyle as he had stated in his instructions, thinking he might get back to us the next morning, but he responded in less than 10 minutes. We figured out how to fix the breaker that tripped and within an hour we had hot water. Super responsive, excellent host. Easy free parking. Easy to find and access to Universal theme parks as well as sea world and not that far from Disney and others. A/C worked fine. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, other with walk in shower. Worked great for our family of 4. Great location, would stay there again in a heardbeat.
