We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! Our host, Kyle, was welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The thoughtful extra touches throughout our stay really made us feel at home. The property was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and ready for us upon arrival, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted place to stay. Thank you for everything!

The condo was easy to access, clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, great little kitchen to allow us to cook our own meals. The 3/4 size fridge was great and the hotplate cook top plus the microwave and the toaster oven made cooking meals a breeze. Laundry was easy to access. The only issue we had was that the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, didn't realize until late that night. We texted Kyle as he had stated in his instructions, thinking he might get back to us the next morning, but he responded in less than 10 minutes. We figured out how to fix the breaker that tripped and within an hour we had hot water. Super responsive, excellent host. Easy free parking. Easy to find and access to Universal theme parks as well as sea world and not that far from Disney and others. A/C worked fine. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, other with walk in shower. Worked great for our family of 4. Great location, would stay there again in a heardbeat.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, a localização é perfeita, muito próximo aos parques da Universal. O apartamento é lindo, aconchegante e tem uma vista incrível! Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Kyle foi muito gentil conosco e nos recepcionou muito bem, ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo☺️

Terrace on Ten was a great place to land every evening after a full day of fun. Very clean and bright with lots of amenities and thoughtful comforts. Loved watching the fireworks every evening. Would stay again!

El apartamento de Kyle es hermoso. Nos dejó todo lo necesario para tener 2 semanas de vacaciones como en nuestro hogar. Todo muy limpio. Durante las 2 semanas de estadia nos cortaron el agua 2 veces pero Kyle estuvo predispuesto para ayudarnos si necesitabamos algo todo el tiempo. Tiene espacio para estacionar en todo el condominio pero siempre encontramos lugar frente al edificio.

Hosts were fantastic!! Very helpful, fast replies, went above and beyond for us and we’re very appreciative. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Hairdryers were really good so you don’t need to take your own. Beds were so so comfy, pillows the perfect fluffiness. Kitchen was fully equipped and the ninja cooker was very versatile and easy to use - we cooked cookies, pizza and toast etc. Coffee machine was useful also. TV’s in every room was great, they were big and easy to log into our streaming accounts to watch our own stuff. Balcony was great and had lovely views of the sunset. We did laundry which was easy to use and cost $2.50 for a wash and a dry! Gym was adequate and good for what we needed. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Location was perfect!! Super close to universal, easy to get taxis. Lots of food options nearby, within 10 minutes walk. Felt very safe in this location too. Overall had a fantastic stay, would recommend and return. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us!!! Nothing, it was perfect.

Great location, amazing views and very private. checking in couldn't be easier and all the instructions are very clear and communicated well. Walking distance to many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Where do I start? The stay was so amazing so comfortable and the extra mile Kyle went to include some birthday, complementary items for me. After being told I was there to celebrate my birthday just made me smile. I felt so thought of and so welcomed. He was easy to communicate with and also checked in with me to see if I arrived safe, checked in with me to see if I need any thing during my state to make it better. The whole experience was great. The place was great. It was clean and good restaurants to eat nearby.

What a great find this condo was and brilliant hosting by Kyle! Great apartment with everything you could need set in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds and a tennis court. Pools and hot tubs were lovely and very clean. 5 minute walk to loads of restaurants and nightlife and so close to Universal and SeaWorld attractions. A perfect stay was had by all 😃
