If you’re planning a trip to Universal Studios, this place is absolutely perfect! It’s genuinely very close to Universal, and the best part is, parking downstairs is super convenient, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot at all. Plus, that little balcony was a pleasant surprise – it’s so relaxing to sit out there, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A really fantastic stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s lovely Flamingo condo. The unit was a great getaway and offered privacy with an outstanding view. We could see all 4 Universal parks from the terrace! Kyle was quick to respond with any questions that we had and made our family feel right at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!
