This place is so well cared for and everything you could want or didn’t know you wanted was available. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed. 100% would stay again and recommend this place to others. Absolutely wonderful!!!!

Kyle’s place is immaculate and very well appointed. Everything you need is supplied, along with clear instructions on how to use all the equipment (e.g., coffee maker, induction range). He has great recommendations for the area, and is extremely responsive, warm and friendly. Highly recommend Kyle’s place!

Kyle was a great communicator and had a beautiful place! We took our nephew to Universal for his 10th birthday and we were greeted with balloons and a hand-written birthday card for him (as well as a nice bottle of wine for my husband and I!). We enjoyed the room as well as the pools and hot tubs on the property! I recommend staying here as it is clean and close to Universal parks! Would definitely stay again if we come back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Terrace on 9. First impressions when arriving was how bright and clean the B&B was. The balcony gave great views of the surrounding cityscape. I think the best part is how close you are to everything. We were only a handful of minutes away from Universal Studios. But there is SOOO much to do in the surrounding area. Kyle was helpful during our stay and the B&B offered all the amenities that we needed. Would stay here again for our next Universal Studios visit.

This was above and beyond. We are already marking it as a repeat visiting place. The apartment was better than the pictures, clean, central and Kyle is super friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

Kyle’s place was one of my favorite Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Very clean, beautifully furnished and there were no worries about running out of toilet paper or towels. Complimentary items were such a kind gesture. The balcony is perfect for letting in sunshine or fresh air. The tv is a great size and has plenty of streaming options. The bed was very comfortable! So many good things about this place. It is a spacious suite, with plenty of storage space. It was a quick 9 min drive to universal, and we loved getting late dinner at Chili’s right next door. The pools and gym were very nice as well ! I had one request and Kyle answered within minutes to accommodate. I look forward to coming back , thank you !

Me and my husband had a great stay here! it was very close to universal and didn’t take that long to get there! there was a lot of restaurants around the area too! Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The views were incredible — especially at sunset — and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a few minutes from Universal Parks, which made our trip so convenient. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and check-in was smooth and easy.
Also has great parking if you rent a car.

If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the place to stay. Short 5 minute Uber ride to Universal Studios. Plenty of walkable places to eat. Honestly perfect location!

We stayed here a week while going to the universal parks. It is perfectly located between Epic Universe and the other universal parks. We walked a quarter of a mile to an onsite hotel and just took the bus to city walk. Super easy. It was a cheap Uber drive to Epic. It saved tons of money compared to parking at the parks.
The unit was super clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. It was extremely well lit day and night. We loved the wrap around balcony for the lighting during the day and the incredible view. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony. The bed sleeps extremely well. We felt like this was a home away from home and not a hotel.
The hotel this unit is in is not great, but you don’t have to deal with anyone affiliated with the hotel at all. This unit is super easy to find and has keyless entry. It could not have been more convenient. If we ever come back to Orlando, we will be staying here again. We hated to leave! Thanks Kyle, we appreciate you!
