We loved our stay at this cute little condo! It is walkable to so many restaurants and activities. We even got to see the fireworks one of the evenings we happened to be present. There was a QR code to a YouTube video so that you could listen to the soundtrack of the show while watching the fireworks. We weren’t sure if we had it perfectly timed, but it definitely added to our enjoyment! Thank you for providing a very comfortable stay. The balcony was an amazing extra place to hang out! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect—close to all the major attractions while still being quiet and relaxing. I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, easy to find, and perfectly located for visiting the Universal parks. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home, with useful extras provided such as laundry supplies and dishwasher tablets, which were greatly appreciated. I was welcomed with balloons, a birthday card, and a bottle of wine for my 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel very special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole apartment was well equipped and relaxing. Unfortunately, I became unwell during my trip to Orlando and ended up spending much more time at the apartment than I had originally planned. Thankfully, it turned out to be the perfect place to recover, as it was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention provided. I will definitely be adding this property to my favourites and would not hesitate to book again on a future trip to Orlando.

EXCELENTE lugar. Tal como las fotos y mejor aún. Una cocina divina y completa . Bien amueblado, y un balcón sensacional Fácil de ingresar La piscina muy linda y tranquila. Fácil de parkear. Debimos irnos 3 noches antes por urgencia familiar y cancelar nuestro viaje, pero ya tenemos decidido que cuando volvamos a terminar lo que dejamos por la mitad , pararemos sin lugar a dudas allí. Consejo: hay otros apartamentos que se alquilan en el el lugar, pero vayan a este , el balcón hace un diferencia increíble ) en el piso 9 . No lo duden !!!

Kyle’s place was a beautiful place to stay at. Kyle made all of the instructions clear and easy to follow throughout the check-in and check-out process. I definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future.

phenomenal host and the apartment is exactly as promised/represented. it was 17 min to Disney and 6 minutes to universal. host was flexible with our check in needs and always replied quickly - will 100% stay here again! also the view was stunning!

I stayed here with my son so that we could go to Universal Studios Epic, Islands of adventure, and regular Universal. Everything was very easy. I found the place with no problem. The check-in was very very clear. The apartment was super clean and the view is very Beautiful. You're so high up that you can sit with the birds. They do have fireworks from Disney at night, but I could not stay up late enough to watch that, so I can't say anything about the fireworks. I will stay here again for sure. The next time I wanna go from Puerto Rico to Florida to go to a theme park. I recommend place highly! It was just my son and myself and we had our own separate bedrooms and the living room and the kitchen was middle space. We really enjoyed our time there. We used the pool and it goes down to 8 feet deep, which is kind of rare. We used uber to go to the parks and door dashed food because we were tired from the parks. Excellent and easy! Fun and breezy!!!!!! ✝️

I stayed at Kyle’s Airbnb from May 14 to May 22, and overall everything was wonderful. The condo is very spacious, and honestly it was one of the cleanest and neatest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything was extremely well maintained and comfortable throughout the entire stay. Kyle was also an excellent host. He was always attentive to any questions or needs we had, and he was consistently kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He even allowed us to stay one extra hour on checkout day because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect as well — very convenient between Universal and Disney World, and also excellent if you are attending events or conferences at the Orange County Convention Center, which was my case during this trip. I also want to mention that I personally found the bed very comfortable and had no issues at all during my stay. Overall, everything went smoothly without any problems. I would definitely recommend staying here

Kyle foi muito prestativo em nossa estadia. Ficamos 08 noites, ficamos surpresos com sua rapidez em nos responder e também preocupação em nosso check in. Não tivemos nenhum problema. O apartamento é confortável, cozinha bem equipada, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização é ótima pois é perto dos parques da Universal, outlets é Internacional Drive. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar novamente.
