Loved our stay at Kyle’s place! It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the parks. Everything was just as described and there were nice little touches as well….wine and cool sunglasses! We will definitely stay here again!!

The Terrace on 8- Tangerine was exactly what we were looking for. Namely a comfortable bed. This is a regular mattress with a very thick foam topper which was what I wanted (and hard to come by in other condos/hotels). It’s incredibly clean, has so many little conveniences, like plastic baggies, laundry soap, hairdryers in each bathroom, high quality dishes and appliances, etc. Even a bottle of wine when we checked in! Also extremely clear and helpful instructions on where things are. Kyle definitely seems to have an eye for attention to detail and it really shows. The terrace was super fun to hang out on, and access to the building was simple. We didn’t explore the rest of property at all so I can’t comment on the property amenities. It’s super convenient to Universal - a short cheap Uber ride away. Kyle was also quick with communications which was much appreciated! We’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Kyle made sure that things worked out perfectly for us! Everything was clean and organized. Kyle was extremely helpful with the reservation and helping us with any needs or requests we asked for. We will definitely stay again!

Kyle’s studio was just want we needed. Everything you could need was included, even laundry detergent. The location was great for us going to Universal Studios. We also enjoyed that you would walk to restaurants or have a short drive to MANY more dining options. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. With the place having 3 pools, my daughter and I had a whole pool and hot tub to ourselves. The best part was unlike hotels, we heard no kids running down the hallways at night. Peace and quiet!

As a first time renter through Airbnb, I was pleasantly surprised what a great experience it turned out to be. After a nightmare day of travel delays, Kyle answered me all through the night to make sure we reached our destination safely. The place was amazing and really felt like home for myself, wife, and two daughters. We were close to all the fun at the parks and had many great places within walking distance such as the Worlds Largest McDonald’s and A Titanic Museum. We all had a great time and would highly recommend anyone coming to Orlando to check out the views from the 10th floor balcony. Until next time Florida!!

Stayed here for a week, while visiting the Universal parks. Kyle’s place was perfect for our family. Once we arrived, we never once got into our vehicle. Did rideshares to and from parks, which averaged $7 each way. Plenty of activities and places to eat within walking distance. View from the terrace was amazing in the mornings and late at night. Could see the both fireworks from Universal IOA and Magic Kingdom. Will certainly be back when we return to Orlando.

The condo is very clean and bright. The decor is modern and appealing. There are high quality towels and bed linens which makes it a pleasure to come home to at night. Everything is in good working order. The bathrooms are a little tight but nicely renovated.

While my colleagues stayed at Kyle's other condos, they could not have been happier with the experience! The location is ideal, as we were in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Everything was wonderful, and we would highly recommend staying in one of his condos!!
