As a first time renter through Airbnb, I was pleasantly surprised what a great experience it turned out to be. After a nightmare day of travel delays, Kyle answered me all through the night to make sure we reached our destination safely. The place was amazing and really felt like home for myself, wife, and two daughters. We were close to all the fun at the parks and had many great places within walking distance such as the Worlds Largest McDonald’s and A Titanic Museum. We all had a great time and would highly recommend anyone coming to Orlando to check out the views from the 10th floor balcony. Until next time Florida!!

Stayed here for a week, while visiting the Universal parks. Kyle’s place was perfect for our family. Once we arrived, we never once got into our vehicle. Did rideshares to and from parks, which averaged $7 each way. Plenty of activities and places to eat within walking distance. View from the terrace was amazing in the mornings and late at night. Could see the both fireworks from Universal IOA and Magic Kingdom. Will certainly be back when we return to Orlando.

The condo is very clean and bright. The decor is modern and appealing. There are high quality towels and bed linens which makes it a pleasure to come home to at night. Everything is in good working order. The bathrooms are a little tight but nicely renovated.

While my colleagues stayed at Kyle's other condos, they could not have been happier with the experience! The location is ideal, as we were in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Everything was wonderful, and we would highly recommend staying in one of his condos!!

Alvin M. I stayed at The Terrace of Orlando for Classic Weekend, and my experience was amazing! Our host, Kyle, was truly on it — any questions or concerns I had were answered within minutes or at least the same day. The 2 bed/2 bath unit looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. The staff around the facility were all nice and courteous, which made the stay even better. The location was perfect — right in the heart of International Drive and close to everything. I absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

The host was friendly and gave clear instructions what was expected as a guest. The place was very clean and complimentary, looked just like the pictures on Airbnb. Also, it was within walking distance to many of the restaurants which was cool. We really enjoyed the stay and plan to come back!

Great little apartment for a vacation to Orlando. Very close to universal and about 15 minutes from downtown. The place was very easy to find and Kyle’s instructions were very clear and helpful for check in. Check out was a breeze as they take care of everything for you. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were identical, perfect for adults. Smart TVs in all the rooms and the kitchen had just enough for some meals in. I highly recommend this place for your next Orlando getaway.

Kyle’s place was exactly what I was looking for in Orlando. It was perfect for two couples as there were two bedrooms both with queen beds and their own en suites. The location of this rental couldn’t have been more perfect for our activities in Orlando. Just a quick uber away to Universal Studios. We could see the Volcano from our windows. Super neat!! This rental is spic and span! I don’t know if I’ve stayed in a rental this clean. Great amenities. Highly recommend I would highly recommend Kyle’s place

We loved Kyle’s place! It had everything we needed and a balcony! It was super walkable with lots to see around the area and Universal and Disney were a quick ride away. Would definitely come back:)
