Localização excelente! Ponto estratégico para fácil acesso à todas as atrações da cidade. Mercado, farmácia, tudo à poucos minutos de carro. Me senti em casa desde a chegada!! Vivemos ótimos dias durante a estadia. Super recomendo, espero voltar em breve!!

Kyle's place was absolutely amazing. I am very unexperienced with airbnbs but my girlfriend and I have made an amazing first choice. We have made lots of memories with this vacation and even when we weren't out, we had lots to enjoy while being here. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

Kyle’s place was in a perfect location for the parks! It was nicely decorated with a great view off the deck! Kyle also made us feel so welcome with lots of extra touches such as balloons and a note for me and my daughter for our birthdays!

We had a wonderful time in Orlando and truly enjoyed the studio. It was comfortable, offered amazing views, and was perfectly located with plenty of restaurants and activities just steps away. The host Kyle was very attentive and communicated right away.

Kyle was great! He was very informative, kind, and intentional! It was my birthday and he left a sweet note and balloons. It made our stay feel very special. We would definitely come back!!

This was a great stay, very good location, lots of stuff in walkable distance. Views from balcony were great! Kyle was very responsive and a great host ! Deff will be staying here again when I return to orlando

Kyle's place was nothing short of amazing! Very responsive, accommodating and the studio literally felt like home. It's very obvious that they take pride in hosting. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Kyle’s place We will definitely recommend to anyone we know who wants to visit Orlando.. our host was amazing,respectful,responsive,and he went above and beyond to set the place up for my wife’s birthday with balloons and gifts .. Place was clean and organized and the best of all was the balcony and the beautiful views.. We will definitely be back in the future

Amazing host!! Kyle was extremely responsive, communicative and helpful. Always responded within minutes and also quick to fix anything that needed it. Appreciated Kyle very much! The place was comfortable. Like living at home. utensils, towels and linens were all clean. Balcony was comfortable. A+++!!

We stayed at Kyle’s place for 6 nights while in town for my sons 16th birthday trip to Universal. Absolutely everything about our stay was 5 stars. Kyle was always quick to respond, super flexible, extremely kind and even left a card and balloons for my son 🩵 I loved everything about the space. It was super clean and comfortable and matched all photos and descriptions. The boys loved the private terrace and the view was great! The drive to Universal takes less than 10 minutes. We were walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. I would recommend Kyle’s place 100 times over, and I hope we will be blessed enough to return one day.
