Clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice bathroom, convenient kitchen (stove, dishwasher, small fridge, coffee pot, ect.), bed was comfortable so were the pillows. Had a nice little tv area. Was close to everything . Could have used more wash cloths but literally that was the only inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, easy to find, and perfectly located for visiting the Universal parks. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home, with useful extras provided such as laundry supplies and dishwasher tablets, which were greatly appreciated. I was welcomed with balloons, a birthday card, and a bottle of wine for my 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel very special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole apartment was well equipped and relaxing. Unfortunately, I became unwell during my trip to Orlando and ended up spending much more time at the apartment than I had originally planned. Thankfully, it turned out to be the perfect place to recover, as it was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention provided. I will definitely be adding this property to my favourites and would not hesitate to book again on a future trip to Orlando.

Hosts were fantastic!! Very helpful, fast replies, went above and beyond for us and we’re very appreciative. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Hairdryers were really good so you don’t need to take your own. Beds were so so comfy, pillows the perfect fluffiness. Kitchen was fully equipped and the ninja cooker was very versatile and easy to use - we cooked cookies, pizza and toast etc. Coffee machine was useful also. TV’s in every room was great, they were big and easy to log into our streaming accounts to watch our own stuff. Balcony was great and had lovely views of the sunset. We did laundry which was easy to use and cost $2.50 for a wash and a dry! Gym was adequate and good for what we needed. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Location was perfect!! Super close to universal, easy to get taxis. Lots of food options nearby, within 10 minutes walk. Felt very safe in this location too. Overall had a fantastic stay, would recommend and return. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us!!! Nothing, it was perfect.

We had the most amazing time at Kyle and Don beautiful home. They are the best host ever. When you stay in one of their properties it’s home away from home. Extremely clean , easy access to the parks. Restaurant are near to the condo. Kyle and Don treat you like family . Kitchen fully equipped, beds are amazing comfortable and top notch accessories.. We rent from Kyle and Don frequently and are never disappointed. We can’t wait until our next visit see you both soon . Love Lissette and David

Great stay. Very good communication throughout our a stay. The condo was extremely close to Universal Studios and felt very safe. We caught an Uber back and forth. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. It was my birthday and they surprised me with balloons! Plus water and a bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend!

The room was spotless & fresh looking. The lightening was excellent in the apartment in the evening time and there was so much light coming through the windows during the day. Really good blackout curtains to prevent the light coming through whilst sleeping. The kitchen area was stocked up on laundry tablets, sprays and kitchen roll if needed (not many places do that) and the bathroom had a great supply of towels & there was always hot water Plenty of chairs on the balcony with access to the pool below if needed. There were so many sockets to charge devices and a great TV service. The host checked in with us during the stay and even went out of their way to leave birthday balloons and card for me on arrival. The grounds has plenty of parking and I used the washing machines and dryer on the stay, which was ideal. The lobby area and lifts were very clean. The location was so ideal and you felt very safe walking round and there was a lovely view in the evenings from the balcony. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough!! Nothing.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the terrace! It was a great place to relax in the evening. Also location was great for a visit to Universal area. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only small criticism is the hallways leading to the rental are a bit dingy. But that was forgotten when you enter the room.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The place itself was just as described and seen in photos. The view was amazing! The apartment was very clean and through out our stay the building as a whole was clean and smelled great. I saw various cleaning staff working around the grounds and in the building and were also very friendly. Kylie’s team checked in on us to make sure if we needed anything and that was very important. We had all that we needed to make our stay feel as if we were home. I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend staying at one of Kylie’s properties. Thank you to the team, our vacation was amazing!

The condo is very clean and bright. The decor is modern and appealing. There are high quality towels and bed linens which makes it a pleasure to come home to at night. Everything is in good working order. The bathrooms are a little tight but nicely renovated.
